If your update fails or is unable to install, there could be one of several scenarios:
- If your system shows a fallen Android robot or your system shows that the system has broken down: You will need to provide a failed installation log screenshot. Please use a camera to take a photo of your screen and submit a request from Jide Help Center http://support.jide.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Our Jide Support Team will help you further.
- If your system shows an MD5 error: You will need to switch to another Wi-Fi network or connect to wired network.
- If your system shows there is not enough space for installation: You will need at least 2 GB of storage to update system. Go to 'File manager' to see remaining storage to make sure there is enough space for download and installation.
