When will I receive my order?

Delivery time will depend on your shipping address. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of when the order was placed.

For US customers, the delivery is estimated to be around 3-7 business days*.

For Europe customers, it is estimated to be around 5-10 business days*.

For the Rest of the World, it is estimated to be around 5 -20 business days*.

*Please kindly take note that the above delivery times are estimated times and may be subject to delays in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

How do I track my shipment?

Once the items are shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a tracking email with both the service used as well as the tracking number. You may check the status of your order through the courier’s website along with your tracking number or use a third party website such as https://www.aftership.com/.

If you have not received your tracking email, please first check your spam folder or submit a request through our online support system: http://support.jide.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

 

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

In case of any problems with your delivery, Jide will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please contact us through http://support.jide.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
