What is Jide's Hardware Warranty Policy?
For ONE (1) year after receiving your Remix products, we will repair or replace it with a new one if there are inherent major defects related to the hardware. Inherent major defects are defined as problems that do not allow the device to function normally. For instance, if your Remix Mini cannot start up, or it does not power up, these would be considered as inherent major defects. Hardware defects that result from clear negligence, misuse or abuse of the hardware by the user are not covered by this replacement policy. Please be in possession of the hardware in question and be prepared to supply us with photos and a detailed description to prove the inherent major defects that you are experiencing.
15-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store for any reason, you have 15 days from the time of delivery to request a refund.
If you would like to return your Remix product, please contact us via Jide Help Center http://support.jide.com/hc/en-us/requests/new for instructions and a return authorization form.
To be eligible for a return, your items and accessories must be in the same condition that you received it, including charging cables, and instructions. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not refund or exchange any product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How can I return my item?
Returns are subject to Jide's Return Policy. If you change your mind, you can return your standard hardware to us within 15 calendar days of delivery. Accessories returns are also accepted within this period, but only if the accessories were not unsealed. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products.
A $15 USD of restocking fee and open box fee will be assessed (per unit) for returned Remix Mini.
A $40 USD of restocking fee and open box fee will be assessed (per unit) for returned Remix Ultratablet.
A refund will be initiated after we receive your item(s).

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before your item(s) getting shipped out. And you can contact our Jide Help Centre agents with your cancellation request for cancellation: http://support.jide.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
How long does the refund process takes?
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reach your account.
If you cancelled a pickup item and you were billed for it, we wil initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. Your refund will be processed via PayPal, so please make sure you provide us with your PayPal account in the Jide Return/Refund Form.
Where should I return the device(s)?
If you purchased your item from Kickstarter or Jide online store, please do contact our agents for technical help http://support.jide.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Then you can ship it to our US warehouse (If you’re a user in North America), or Hong Kong warehouse (If you’re a user in rest of the world) for a replacement.
Once you have shipped, please email us an image of the shipping invoice and we will reimburse you via Paypal.
